Our volunteers’ time, energy, commitment and dedication is the lifeblood of our service. Every year Boys & Girls Clubs of Edmonton works with over thousands young people and their families, and this number is increasing. As a volunteer you can make a positive difference in the lives of the kids we help.
As a volunteer you will be able to inspire and motivate children, assisting them to reach their potential by being a friend, sharing experiences, and spending time together.

All responsible not-for-profit agencies that work with vulnerable populations - children and youth, require that volunteers undergo a thorough screening process*. This is done for the protection of our clients, our agency and our volunteers.
The screening process to become a volunteer at Boys & Girls Clubs of Edmonton is currently being conducted in partnership with Big Brothers & Big Sisters Edmonton & Area and includes:
